Queen City Hills co-owner Edwin Rigaud acquires auto parts company

One of Edwin Rigaud’s companies, Legacy Acquisition Corp, recently acquired e-commerce auto parts company, Onyx Enterprises Int’l Corp. The deal created the company, Parts ID Inc.

Rigaud is one of the co-owners of Queen City Hills.

Rigaud sits on Parts ID’s board, though, he won’t be involved in its operations, according to a Cincinnati Business Courier article. Instead, his focus is on developing the QCH uptown Cincinnati site and other real estate in the region.

Rigaud is also chairman and owner of EnovaPremier, a leading national tire and wheel assembly business.
